A Golden Trio

Amongst the 3 dishes showcasing just how divine these eggs are is a Tuscan Lasagne with Burford Browns, fennel-infused sausage and salty pancetta, as well as a luxuriously creamy Carbonara. Completing the trio is a wild asparagus Ravioloni with a free-to-fly quail’s egg garnish, lemon butter and crunchy pangrattato.

The collaboration also includes an exclusive masterclass in the art of fresh pasta making which will take place on Sunday 1st September. In this two- hour workshop led by our head sfoglina (pasta artisan), Roberta D’Elia, you’ll learn how to make your very own fresh pasta using the traditional techniques and skills involved in this ancient art. Roberta’s depth of knowledge, as well as her engaging and personable approach, promises to make this a fun hands-on experience. Amongst the pasta creations you’ll be crafting is the divine Italian speciality Ravioli all’Uovo, a luxurious pasta filled with golden Burford Brown yolks and truffle butter. And don’t worry… we’ll provide the goody bags to take these little bundles of joy home with you. Don’t say we’re not good to you…
